Nice and helpful staff -- it makes all the difference! The first time I used the current outdoor parking lot, I forgot where I'd left my car! It was very late -- close to midnight, and the shuttle said quietly, don't worry. He told me if I was willing to wait while I drop the other passengers off [yes, of course I was], he'd drive me around until we find my car. Which he did. Unforgettable!
The shuttles are always fast, workers are friendly and helpful, and pricing is good comparatively speaking. We also use their app to schedule and pay for the parking. It's great for a few reasons. One, you can just pull up a barcode easily to enter and exit. Two, you will earn free parking. On, and almost forgot three, they will post sales on there so you aren't trying to track down coupon codes, their best offer is right there waiting for you.
The only thing I really think they could use is to re-pave the front part of their parking lot, there are a few pot holes. But they are pretty easy to avoid and don't deter us from using them.
Great service. Shuttle drivers are personable, kind, and helpful. Cashiers are willing to assist when you have problem(s) with your reservations. Price is competitive. The only drawback to this parking area is the dust. Why can't you all pave the parking lot? After a week, it seems like I parked in an unpaved lot? I like the old Expresso on Davis street much better. Yes, I understand the least may have been lost!! Thanks
Excellent service. Easy to book on their app. I'm a big shot member so prices are very good comparatively. Frequent shuttles, I never have to call them for a pick up from the airport, the shuttles come continuously. Courteous drivers that drive us to our car or at least very close to where our car is located. I feel safe going to this lot.

2-star review comes from the last-minute price adjustment (+$$$) that we got at the gate when we were trying leave the lot.
We were told to make a reservation with them directly NOT any 3rd party (we paid in full via WAY app), otherwise the lot will have to do an outrageous price adjustment to match with the inflation or whatever on their mind or you would not let to leave their lot.
First time leaving my car at an airport parking and the experience was fine. Waited about 10 minutes for a shuttle to get to the airport and only 1 minute to get back to parking lot when we returned. Shuttles were clean and drivers were very friendly. On our return trip the driver dropped us off right next to our car which was greatly appreciated. It’s about a 5 minute shuttle ride to the airport. Also appreciated the coupons online which gave us a free day.
We once liked this place, but they just cancelled our Thanksgiving morning parking reservation the day before our flight, leaving us only 24 hours to scramble for an alternative way to park at the airport. We had made this reservation well over a month in advance. Probably will never use them again.
Prices are the best around the airport. The shuttle drivers are very nice and always pick up near us and offer to drop us right at our cars. The entrance and exit are easy to use!
